Mira makes her kids walk 100 steps after meals to aid digestion and bans mixing different fruits to avoid digestive issues. Before bed, the children drink warm milk mixed with haldi, gud, and ghee for its anti-inflammatory and nourishing benefits.

The Kapoors hold big conversations once a month to plan kids’ menus, turning into lively debates between Mira and their daughter. Shahid and his son Zain enjoy watching the exchanges as entertainment. The video was shared a couple of days after Misha, now nine, won a silver medal at the Sports Climbing Championship 2025 held at Jamnabai International School, representing Nita Mukesh Ambani Junior School.

Shahid’s daily go-to is uttapam with sambar and chutney, a vegetarian South Indian favourite he craves consistently. Mira prefers poha paired with cold coffee. The couple maintains a holistic lifestyle with workouts and mindful nutrition.

Coming to the professional front, Shahid Kapoor is currently busy with Sajid Nadiadwala’s O Romeo, which will be directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. Readers may recall that recently, Bollywood Hungama reported that the upcoming film, which stars Triptii Dimri as the female lead, has expanded its ensemble cast with Vikrant Massey, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Disha Patani. The upcoming film is a Valentine’s Day release on February 13, 2026.

Ivy Entertainment drags co-producer of Prabhas-starrer The Raja Saab to Delhi High Court over alleged contractual breaches: Report

Delhi-based Ivy Entertainment, a subsidiary of Ivy Holdings, has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against Hyderabad-based People Media Factory Pvt Ltd (PMF), the co-producers of the much-awaited Pan-India film,  The Raja Saab , as per an article in The Economic Times. The company is seeking a permanent injunction over what it claims are serious breaches of contractual obligations. In its plea, Ivy Entertainment alleged that PMF failed to fulfil several critical commitments, including completing and releasing the film within the agreed timeline, providing monthly production updates, disclosing how funds were being utilized, delivering agreed materials related to the film, and postponing the theatrical release multiple times without justification. The company claims that these breaches triggered termination clauses in the agreements, prompting it to demand a refund of Rs. 218 crores invested in the project, along with 18% annual interest.
