Sonal Chauhan assures safety in Dubai amid Iran conflict; Nora Fatehi says ‘things are going to escalate’ in emotional post
Amid the escalating global tensions following the reported US–Israel attack on Iran, concerns have surfaced about the safety of civilians across the Middle East, including in the UAE. Among those who addressed the situation publicly are Sonal Chauhan and Nora Fatehi, both of whom shared messages on social media to reassure followers and reflect on the ongoing crisis.

Sonal Chauhan took to Instagram Stories to respond to the outpouring of concern. She wrote, “To everyone messaging me and checking up on me – Thank you and I’m sorry for not being able to reply. Your concern really means a lot. I am safe and I assure you, the authorities are doing their best to keep everyone safe.”
She further added, “There’s nothing to panic about. Surely, Dubai is the safest place in the world. @modgovae is in protecting and safeguarding everyone. Things are totally under control. And I request everyone to refrain from spreading panic. Praying for everyone’s safety (Om Namah Shivaay)”. Her message sought to calm fears, emphasising that authorities are taking necessary steps and urging people not to spread panic during sensitive times.

Meanwhile, Nora Fatehi shared a video on her Instagram feed expressing emotional exhaustion over the global situation. Captioning the post, “Spiritually and mentally exhausted… we just want peace in the world ..”, she spoke candidly about the anxiety many are experiencing.
In the video, she said, “Every day, I know people are internally having some fear of what’s going to come tomorrow. After seeing the visuals of what is happening in the region, I feel terrible because we do not want innocent lives to be lost. We have had enough of that,” She continued, “Year after year, one chaotic event after another, one conflict after another and one tragedy after another,” “We need to be prayed up, the rest of the things happening at a global level are not in our control, it is unfortunate.”

Reflecting on possible future developments, she stated, “Yes, things are going to escalate and they are going to get worse before they get better. There is going to be a massive shift in power and the emergence of a new world order. We may not have control over that. Unfortunately, it is always the same people who are going to pay the price, and we will all feel it psychologically, spiritually and economically,”
Dubai, a city frequently visited by Indian celebrities for work and leisure, has also come under public focus. Several Bollywood personalities who were travelling between India and Dubai are believed to have been in the region during the unfolding developments, prompting fans to seek updates on their wellbeing. As the situation continues to evolve, the actresses’ posts have resonated widely, highlighting both reassurance and concern during a period of global uncertainty.
