After much excitement, fans welcomed Prabhas on the big screen with much celebrations on December 22 with Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire hitting theatres. Apart from Prabhas, the film also features Malayalam star and actor-filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumaran, who essays the role of the former’s best friend. The Prashanth Neel directorial has been winning hearts across the country and amid all this fanfare and love, Prithvi’s wife Supriya Menon decided to give fans a sneak peek into what transpired behind the scenes of the film.

Taking to social media, Supriya Menon dedicated two special posts to her husband Prithviraj Sukumaran which were posted from her visit to the sets of Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire. In the first post, which was posted by her ahead of the film’s release, she opened up about her experience of interacting with Telugu superstar Prabhas and popular veteran actor Tinnu Anand. She penned down a note saying, “Beautiful throwback from Salaar shoot location with @actorprabhas garu & Tinnu Anand Sir and my amazing husband @therealprithvi! Can’t wait to see the magic unfold on screens on Dec 22nd! Don’t miss this action drama! #salaarceasefire #hombalefilms #prashantneel”.


After the release of the movie, the actress posted another series of photos of her posing with her husband who is dressed up as Salaar character Varadha Raja Mannar. In the note she wrote, “With my favourite Varada Raja Mannar! @therealprithvi <3 What an absolute joy it was to watch Salaar! Stellar performances all around and amazing music, art direction and cinematography to boot! Take a bow Prashanth Neel Sir, it is your world and we are just living in it! <3 <3 <3 And @actorprabhas garu, what a wow!! Please I kindly request go watch the film in theatres near you! (yellow heart emoji).


Speaking of Salaar, the film features Shruti Haasan as the leading lady and also stars an ensemble cast which includes actors like Jagapathi Babu, Shrey Bhargava, Sriya Reddy, among others and it released in all South languages as well as Hindi.
