Alia Bhatt seeks parenting advice from Sadhguru for daughter Raha during Chennai interaction
Jaggi Vasudev, widely known as Sadhguru, recently interacted with Alia Bhatt during a conversation in Chennai, where the actor spoke about parenting concerns and sought his perspective on raising children.
In a video from the interaction, Alia asked him, “Your one advice to a parent who’s worried if they’re being a good parent would be?” Responding with a smile, Sadhguru said, “A worried parent is not a good parent.” As the audience reacted with laughter, Alia replied, “I don’t think you can take worry out of it. I think you’d admit.”
The exchange drew attention online as the actor rarely speaks publicly about parenting her daughter, Raha Kapoor. Alia and Ranbir Kapoor began dating during the making of Brahmastra and confirmed their relationship in 2018. The couple married in an intimate ceremony at their Mumbai home in April 2022 and welcomed their daughter in November the same year.
While Alia initially shared a few photographs after revealing Raha’s face publicly on her first birthday, she later requested privacy for her child following the stabbing incident involving Saif Ali Khan.
On the professional front, Alia was last seen in and also produced Jigra, which co-starred Vedang Raina. She will next appear in Alpha alongside Sharvari and Bobby Deol. She also has Love & War lined up with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
